Delivery Information
General
For orders within UK we generally use Royal Mail.For international orders we will either use Royal Mail Parcels or another carrier dependent on price.
Within UK our intention is to deliver orders within 3-5 working days following receipt of full payment for goods including delivery and packing. An email will be sent once an order has been dispatched. This will include tracking information where available from the carrier.
We attempt to use recycled packaging to keep postage and packing costs to a minimum. Wherever possible we will look to combine multiple items into a single package to minimise postage costs. This is not always possible where items are widely different shapes and/or sizes.
Revised Delivery Costs
It is not always possible to accurately calculate delivery costs until an order has been packed. This is particularly true for orders to be shipped outside of the United Kingdom or to remote locations, orders which include incompatibly shaped items necessitating multiple packages or where new products have been added to our stock which are missing weight and sizing information.This may give rise to an additional delivery charge which will result in a revised invoice being issued. This will need to be settled before the order is dispatched.
Should the revised delivery and packing costs not be acceptable to the customer, the order can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
International Orders
Orders are dispatched duty unpaid. The customer is responsible for paying duties and import taxes. Goods may be held at customs and only released when the customer pays duty and import taxes due.Collection Only Goods
We do not have facilities to welcome customers at our registered address. Our stock is held at a warehouse at a separate address.Due to size, shape and/or weight certain items that we stock are collection only. It should be clear from the website which items are collection only and for these items only we can support customer collections by prior arrangement. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have the means to pick up and transport these types of items before ordering. Please contact us via email before ordering to discuss.
Collection is strictly by prior arrangement.
It may be possible, with prior arrangement, for us to take items to a Land Rover show that we are visiting for collection from there. Again please discuss this with us before placing an order.
